The third apartment offers place for 4 guests. It consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms and every bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The living room includes a spacious kitchen, a cozy sitting area and access to the balcony.

The basic equipment of the kitchen includes:

General lodging conditions:

- All prices are in EUR per apartment and day, excl. local taxes (2.50 euro per person) and final cleaning.
- Final cleaning is 17 Euro per person.
- At a stay less than 5 nights we calculate a surcharge of 5 euros per person.

- We open the block sauna only on request and for a small additional charge.
- The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 14:00pm and have to be free the day of departure at 09:30am.
- We do not accept credit cards or cash cards. Pay cash or by advance.
